Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
All orders ship from our facility in Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan (Tea Life Co., Ltd.).

Where we ship to
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time
Orders ship via DHL Express and typically arrive 5–10 days after you order. In-stock items are handed to DHL within 2–3 business days (Japan time); items that need to be restocked from our producer ship within 5–7 business days. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Japanese public holidays are excluded.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and box size, at DHL's actual rate — we add no markup on shipping.
Trial-size orders (trial sizes only) ship at a flat rate of $15. When trial sizes are added to an order that includes regular products, no extra shipping is charged for them.

Duties and import fees
Our prices include U.S. import duties. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you will not be asked to pay duties or import fees on delivery.

Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@glocaldepot.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with DHL to resolve it.
